All compensation data is gathered by our consultants through direct, confidential conversations with the market, 2024 to 2026. Every record is anonymised and no individual figures are ever shared. The figures shown are drawn from the wider dataset to give a representative view of pay at each level; base and bonus are medians, so they need not add up to the total. Carry usually starts at VP or Director and is not included.

How we build it
Real numbers, not survey guesses
Every figure comes from conversations our consultants have with investors every week, checked and recorded as they happen.
- Medians and ranges, never individuals. Ranges only where we hold at least 20 records
- Base and annual bonus in pounds; carry and deferred pay sit on top
- Updated as the market moves, not once a year
